IMDC 2026
“Fostering Knowledge Sharing and Innovative Competitiveness for Production-Enabled Development”
The International Multidisciplinary Conference (IMDC) is a three-day gathering of policymakers, academics, industry leaders, innovators, and development practitioners, held at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka, Zambia. IMDC 2026 brings together delegates from over fifty countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas for dialogue, discovery, and development.
The conference breaks down disciplinary silos — connecting economics, engineering, public health, policy, and technology — through high-level panels, an innovation exhibition, and peer-reviewed paper presentations. It is organized by the Zambia Research and Development Centre in collaboration with the Information and Communications University and international partners.
